Sampson went to the Vet today to get his shots. The vet seems to be a little nervous about making sure we socialize him. He keeps saying how big he's going to get :-) Yes, we know :-) ! Sampson weighs 45 pounds now. When we had him up on the table at the vets office I noticed a pure black hair on the top of his back. Thor had the same markings. We all have settled in to a nice routine and Sampson is a happy pup and likes his tennis balls and eating crushed ice too.

Sampson continues to grow pretty fast. He's quite the character. His eyes are going to be really wolfy when he is full grown.

Here's a couple of more photos for you. One of them is large because it is a great picture. The other 2 are the tub we bought Sampson and Sampson in the backyard were I tried to catch him all bristled up. He will do this if you chase him when he has one of his toys. He likes it because if you stop he will bring it back to you and tease you with it to get you to chase him again. This one is him just slightly bristled but it shows how far down his back he can raise his hackles, look at the base of his tail. Sooner or later I will get a picture of him fully bristled. He looks really impressive......and wild. On the other hand he has been really lovable today, wanting hugs and loving. He's growing up to be quite the character.(50lbs 22" at shoulder)

Sampson continues to grow fast, the latest is 23.5 at the shoulder and 58 pounds. I was checking out his belly button today and it looks like it just might pull in by itself. Looks alot better. He has taken over the couch in the garden room and he is getting almost too big for the patio chairs, he hangs off both ends when he is in it. We have been looking for a bigger patio chair for him.

How big is Sampson now? Check out the picture. He is teething now and has bleeding gums and has a little upset stomach from the blood he swallows. Doesn't slow him down at all though, still a ball of fire. He wants to chewup anything and everything!

Sampson Is growing up fast, almost 70 lbs now! He has some nice teeth coming in and his gums are not bleeding anymore. Here he is on the patio table, "his table".

Finally got some pictures of Sampson with the logs you sent. I like the first one the best. He looks kind of "wolfy" with those eyes.
